The final stage of your training: a review of your work and hands-on skills practice with models.
Before attending: complete the course, independently work on at least 15 cases with models or clients, and submit before-and-after photos together with your questions.

How to prepare and what to expect
In-person practice is the final stage of training for students in the Premium package. It takes place after you have studied the course materials and independently put your knowledge into practice.
Stage 1. Complete the course
Complete all course modules and study the theoretical materials, working protocols, and recommendations covered in the program.
Stage 2. Independent practice
After completing the course, independently apply what you have learned by working with at least 15 models or clients.
The goal is not simply to perform a procedure, but to analyze each case and apply the protocols taught in the course.
Stage 3. Prepare for in-person practice
After completing 15 practical cases, submit:
- Before-and-after photos of your work.
- A list of questions that arose while studying the course.
- Questions that came up while working with models or clients.
- Descriptions of cases where you encountered difficulties or were unsure which approach to use.
We review these materials in advance to identify the topics and practical skills that need further attention and prepare an in-person practice day that makes the best use of your time.
Stage 4. Schedule your practice day
After receiving and reviewing your photos and questions, LINEL Academy assistants will contact you and offer an available date for your practice day.
Practice days take place on Sundays because the salon serves clients on the other days of the week.
Sessions are held in small groups of no more than 3–4 students, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
You can be scheduled for a practice day only after completing all 15 practical cases and submitting the required materials.
Stage 5. Your in-person practice day
Based on the work and questions submitted in advance, we select models and practical cases for the group that allow us to thoroughly address the areas students found challenging.
Our goal is not simply to repeat the techniques from the course, but to work through the real questions that arose when you put your knowledge into practice.
During the practice day, we review your work, analyze mistakes, discuss how to choose an approach in different situations, and develop the necessary skills directly on models.
You therefore arrive with a solid foundation of knowledge and your own experience applying it. The practice day becomes the next stage of your training: deepening your understanding, refining your technique, and strengthening your professional skills.
