We collect information you give us when you create an account, buy a course, send a message, or request support. We also collect limited technical information needed to secure, operate, and improve the platform.
- Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, preferred language, and professional profile details you choose to provide.
- Purchase, enrollment, and access information, including the course or package selected, payment status, and learning progress.
- Messages you send to us and support records.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, log data, and security events.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide the platform, create and protect accounts, process enrollment, deliver course materials, answer support requests, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.
We may send transactional messages about access, purchases, security, and support. Marketing communications are sent only where permitted and can be opted out of.
4. Service providers and payments
We use carefully selected providers to operate the platform. They process information only as needed to provide their services or meet legal obligations.
- Stripe processes payment information. LINEL does not store full payment card numbers.
- Supabase supports authentication and certain database/storage functions.
- Bunny.net provides protected video delivery when course videos are published.
- Resend delivers transactional email.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account administration, records of purchases, dispute handling, and legal compliance. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and records we must keep. To make a request, email [email protected] from the email address connected to your account.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
7. International users and children
LINEL is based in the United States. If you use the platform from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
The platform is not directed to children under 13. Do not provide personal information for a child under 13.
