1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your use of LINEL Academy and purchases made through it. The platform is operated by LINEL LLC, 2925 Senna Dr, Suite 203, Matthews, NC 28105-0512 ("LINEL", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Educational purpose and professional boundaries
LINEL Academy provides professional educational content for beauty and foot-care specialists. It is not medical education, medical treatment, diagnosis, or individual clinical advice.
Course completion does not create a professional license or replace licensing, supervision, insurance, or scope-of-practice requirements that apply where you work. You are responsible for working lawfully and referring a client to an appropriate medical professional when required.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in link, password, and devices. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The platform is intended for adults and for professionals or learners who may lawfully use the education in their location. Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account.
4. Purchases, access, and packages
Prices, package features, currency, and any access period are shown on the applicable course page and at checkout. Course access begins after successful payment and enrollment confirmation.
Some package benefits, including community, practice, feedback, or live components, may have additional scheduling, capacity, eligibility, or duration conditions disclosed with that package.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting a purchase, you authorize the displayed amount and applicable taxes or fees.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Course videos, text, graphics, downloads, branding, and platform software are protected by law. Subject to your purchase, LINEL grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the purchased material for your own professional learning.
- Do not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or make course materials available to another person.
- Do not bypass access controls, scrape the platform, interfere with security, or use the platform unlawfully.
- Do not use LINEL content as a substitute for individualized medical advice or represent it as your own training material.
7. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but the service may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable from time to time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and content are provided without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINEL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in professional practice. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law and contact
